Excellent purchase for work laptop. Screen is beautiful. Speed is excellent, Weight is well balanced and not too heavy, The Keyboard is very comfortable.

Steady and reliable. Great for basiic use. No real problems after two years. However, very heavy so not great for carrying around. Battery life not too great. Keys are difficult to see...especially in daylight. Good sound with headset but weak audio if no headsets. Good for person who needed a reliable, at home laptop. 17" screen a must for me. Glad I purchased Totaltech Membership. Very helpful in the beginning and for periodical maintenance.

I like the size and the number keypad. The touchpad is hard to use. It's not very sensitive and I have to tap really hard to get it to work. I finally just got a wireless mouse to use with it. My biggest issue with this pc is the sound. It's awful. The speakers are on the bottom and they aren't very loud at all. If I want to listen to a webinar or video I have to use bluetooth speakers to hear. I feel like the 2-1 in useless. I never use it as a tablet. I forget the screen is a touch screen. I guess I am just old school.

Sleek appearance, great screen size. No issues switching between regular and tablet mode. Runs fast. Only two drawbacks: the fingerprint reader stopped reading after the first few times, probably just need to reprogram it but haven't taken the time. The white letters on gray/silver keys are kinda hard to read, even when backlit. Not a deal breaker but an occasional annoyance when it makes me have to change position to see.

Love my laptop! I’ve now had it for 3 yrs and it has been great. I love the large screen and the versatility of it. My coworker even bought one!

I love the big, clear, touch screen. Quite an upgrade from my old MAC. My new Dell has 16 GB RAM. My old MAC only had 4 GB. Another big upgrade. Not sure about the keyboard yet, but I’ll probably like it after I get use to it. Like the idea of fingerprint recognition, but it only works part of the time. Have to key in pin quite often. Still learning to use Windows after having a MAC for so many years. Again, I think I will like it in time.

A beautiful screen that seems to make any pictures/videos look better than I remember. The 17" screen is nice and the actual size of the laptop is small so no real problem with portability. If you get a sleeve/case that is on the "bigger" size for a 15.6" laptop, this one will slide in snuggly! The performance is great and a niggling issue with a Bluetooth mouse was seemingly fixed with a recent bio or driver update from Dell! The fingerprint scanner does not work at all for me but I don't rely on that on anything.

Great screen quality but it seems to heat up fast.

This computer works great. Large HD screen, very fast processor, and relatively light for its size.

Excellent computer works fast and really not had any issues. I have this at my desk and never use the touch screen however when I do it works excellent. The open and close of the screen seems like its cheap and will break easy. It aleady has wear from just sitting on the desk because when the screen is open like a normal laptop it's resting on it's own corners of the screen.

I love the speed, memory and ease of use. Having a touch screen is wonderful. Knowing I have Dell support is key.

Guys were very professional and nice. Will def use your delivery service again. You do need to specify when ordering that delivery and set up are two totally different things. We were never offered the "set up" option.

This laptop meets all the my needs. Good processor, memory, and in a good size. It could use a couple more USB slots.

Fast, slick, great keyboard, beautiful display, love the touchscreen and that you can fold it like a tablet. However, it is lacking an RJ45 Ethernet port and you cannot expand the memory beyond what it comes with. Additionally, the graphics processor is not what I expected. These are a deal breaker for my application. I will be taking it back.

Very nice laptop. I like the layout and the feel of the keyboard. I also like the nice large screen.

Just bought this for myself. Nice size screen and good picture. Runs pretty quick with little issues. Think the battery life could be improved. Don't like how the internal speakers are underneath. Also don't like how most laptops cant breath and get hot without a gap or sitting on something hard. defeats the purpose of a Lap top. All in all a decent machine. could be improved some for the price.

Computer works as expected. Like the touch screen.
