You spend 1400 on a computer you expect it to work! I bought this new in box in June.. worked for a couple weeks, google chrome started randomly crashing at weird time intervals. I took it into geek squad (after uninstalling and reinstalling chrome several times myself to try to fix the issue) they ran tests and said they fixed whatever it was after having it all day because nothing was coming up wrong. I get the computer home, same issue-chrome keeps crashing. So they replace the computer in July because I bought the warranty, one month in of working well, now chrome won't even open. I contacted Dell and they are looking into it. They said to give it 5 days and then uninstall and reinstall chrome. I have never had issues with a Dell before but I think they must have really messed up with this one. I use my laptop 10-12 hrs a day and this has been nothing but a hassle. I will be returning and switching to something other than Dell. They have lost my trust with this line of computer. Its a shame, it would be wonderful if it just worked.. Side note: yes the keyboard is very hard to see in some lighting and I type very fast and don't need to see, but still find it annoying! Dell, do better next time!

You will prabably want to purchase some bluetooth speakers with this laptop. But other than the speaker quality the laptop is great.

Below I have provided the steps to run the Microsoft Sound Troubleshooter. I have also included the full article link that has more options if they are needed. We also suggest making sure the audio drivers are up to date on your PC. I have given you a link to the Drivers and Downloads page for your computer below so you can check for and do any applicable updates.
How to run the Windows Sound Troubleshooter in Microsoft Windows 10
1. Click Start, and then select Settings (gear icon).
2. Click Update & Security and select Troubleshoot.
3. Click Playing Audio and then click Run the troubleshooter.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
