I am currently using this laptop that I ordered in early 2022 and it is still functioning the way it did on day one. When I have to upgrade, I will look for a similar model.

This laptop has a very nice crisp 2k screen that out does the competition!

Purchased for son at college, Best Buy price stacked up well against other sellers. The fact that my local store had in stock was my key decision factor as to when I bought. The laptop is quite feature rich. The display resolution is superb, the processing speed is extremely good, the RAM/Optane combination keeps things fast, the SSD drive is speedy and the capacity is very good. I believe will serve my son well during college and a few years beyond.

Power, Easy to use. Great keyboard. Fast, Light, great battery life! No much more to ask!

I am very pleased with the speed of this laptop. I use many programs that require quite a bit of resources and this laptop has really met my requirements. I can have multiple programs running and there is very little lag going from one to the other. I didn't need the touch screen feature but the price was similar to a standard screen. This laptop interfaced perfectly with my docking station, second monitor, and laser printer.

Dell-Inspiron7000 is the best Laptop I have ever had the speed and operating system are great

I've been using HP's for more years than I can remember. Recently, my HP laptop began to die, so I headed over to Best Buy to look for another one. In the process I looked at a Dell. For some reason, I'd always thought Dell was just a cheap copy of HP. But I decided to give one a try, and I'm very glad that I did. It's every bit as good as HP; maybe even better. It's very fast, and easy to use. I'm very happy with it.

I love the computer, but it does have an issue a sleep issue that when it wakes up, it's closed all my programs instead of just sleeping. The screen is GREAT, the weight is GREAT and the look and feel are GREAT. The 2 in 1 capability is FANTASTIC. Other than the aforementioned issue, this is a machine I'm very happy with!

Love it The lighted keyboard color makes it alittle hard to see keys I wasn’t aware dvd cd drives didn’t come standard and had to purchase a external drive Only 1 USB port also. Hoping there’s a option to add another device I love that you can flip the screen to use like a tablet This laptop has the best Color and clairity ive ever seen

I love this laptop. It is medium size and the right weight. The best part is the screen size which allows you to put it in your lap and be able to see what you are doing without squinting. Its fast processor allows you to be very productive.

Overall, this is a good machine. It is fast and operates well. The 2-in-1 option is nice and the screen is beautiful. In certain light, the letters on the keys are very difficult to see. Drivers had to be updated for the display to function properly but it operates great now.

Great computer for my son ... for school and for gaming. Sleek look and light to carry in a backpack. He loves the touchscreen and the ability to "turn it over" to watch a movie. Easy to use and the display contrast is also easy on the eyes for long school days. A great purchase all around.

Great screen, cheesy speaker sound, super fast. Only problem is the battery was dead right out of the box. Best Buy tells me to bring it in. At the store Geek squad says to go buy a new battery! I tell them I just bought it it’s under warranty. They tell me to go to Dell and they will install it. So why did a have to bring it into the store? Why didn’t the rep on the phone tell me this? Been over 2 weeks and Dell has not given me any indication of when I might get a replacement battery.

I like the computer. It has a big, bright screen. It is fast and easy to use.

Bought the computer for my wife who is using it to study and prepare for an exam. The computer works fast, easily connected to the mouse, and my wife enjoys using the touch screen. The laptop is also light and easy to move around, though my wife is usually keeping it in one place. The screen is a good size and everything is really clear.

This laptop performs very well--plenty of computing power, RAM and the SSD helps a lot. It's very responsive. My only complaint is that the marking and back-lighting of the keys makes them almost impossible to read under many conditions. This is a potentially big problem for some users, so check it out before you buy.
