The keyboard was silver and I was unable to read the light colored markings. I bought this computer online so didn't realize the problem reading the keys.

Called Dell and was informed that Best Buy sold me a computer that was out of warranty. Upgraded firmware and installed all update. Still was not functioning properly. Then I called Geek Squad which I payed extra for, and was immediately informed that if they could not help me, I would be moved to tier 2 support for an additional charge! Then Geek squad put me on hold for 15 minutes, after which I was connected to another "specialist", and started the process of identifying myself and my issue from the beginning. I returned the out of warranty, not fully functioning device.
