I have used only Dell laptops for as long as I can remember so when I needed a new one I limited my search to that brand. The one I selected seems to work fine and it is lighter and thinner than my previous laptop. I did have to buy an auxillary disc drive which cost another $35. I have spent hours setting up and transferring data from my old to my new laptop and fixing some of my mistakes. Re the actual machine, I did switch off the lighted keyboard as I found it harder to see the keys in a well lit room. Also, I do wish it had a least one more USB port, something I didn't focus on when selecting a laptop. I am not a techie by any means but I find Windows 11 complicates usage. I don't like that data ends up in the One Drive cloud and the Quick Access system. Also, I am getting notifications that hard disk storage may not be adequate. However, for a lower end price laptop, I recomment this one.

Nice laptop for my needs. Good design,lightweight, good specs,nice features, good processor, could have had a little more storage at this price point. Nice that it's touchscreen. Overall very satisfied.

Purchase a Dell desktop 15"touchscreen, and it is what I needed for my uses. The graphics and touch screen make it easy to maneuver. I like the brightness of the colors, and the keyboard should have been to light up a little bit darker. But if you position the screen you can get a better look at the keys. Other than that I am very pleased with it and I'm also very pleased the Staff at Best Buy in CountrySide, for their help with this purchase!

This system is extremely competitively priced for what's offered. I bought it for the full HD display, i5, graphics hardware and space. It's very hard to get this combination of specs for $649.

had this for a few days, but it is functioning beautifully. The graphics are great and the processor is very quick. I'm using this for grad school and the apps I'll be using (Adobe suite) have no wait time at all

Nice computer...love the touch screen. However, a little difficult seeing the white letters which during daylight due to the lit keyboard.

I love this laptop! The display is sharp and I love the screen size. It's also sleek and lightweight. I have two minor complaints that I don't think affect its value: the keyboard lights make it difficult to see the labels on the buttons in daylight, and the battery life is not very long. I'm always happy with a Dell.

Needed a replacement laptop (I got 12 trouble free years out of my last Dell laptop; the monitor crapped out) with just the basics for email, banking & browsing. This was a reasonably priced Windows 11 unit and came with McAfee preloaded with 30 day trial and attractive subscription rate. The Microsoft Edge browser has froze up twice already but probably due to not having a lot of RAM (my choice). Overall it suits my needs.

One gripe. I wish I could change the in which my keys light up. Everything else is fantastic. Not a laptop you're going to want to game on. Although it does run Madden well. I just had to try it lol. Great laptop I mainly use for work

So far is a nice compact laptop. I don't like the key display. Characters are hard to read in daylight. I don't use a keyboard enough to use it without looking at the characters.

I've had my laptop for almost a year, and I purchased it for college, and it has helped me tremendously. I can do my assignments and so many of the features on laptop have helped me multitask when needed I simply cannot say enough good things about the laptop.

It’s only been a week, but I love it! I had a dell inspiron from 2012 and it was finally time for a new laptop. I knew I had to stick to dell inspiron after my last one lasted forever. So far it’s perfect and I love it so much. Super sleek And picture quality is amazing. Love the backlit keyboards. Touchscreen is way nicer than my old touchscreen. It’s amazing

Updated from a seven year old 7558. As expected, much faster, cleaner layout and user interface. Love the fingerprint log in and the 2 in 1 capability. Wish there were more USB ports. I'll need an external HD for my music (that's just overall easier imo). Super happy with my purchase.

We bought this for son who loves gaming, he pretty ditched his ps5 and tells us this computer is bad to the bone. All of his gaming buddies have asked him for the name of it and are purchasing the same set up he has.

Boots quick, runs cnc laser apps, added additional 8gb of ddr4 ram, battery is a little weak but I'm plugged in 90% of the time so not a big deal. Screen is crisp, lines are sharp, win app store is awful but def reco this laptop

This is by far the best laptop. My brother is on his second year of college and has loved his laptop more than any other brand.

So far, I am quite happy with this purchase. The only thing I tripped on was the camera. There is a little lever at the top so that I can manually shut it off. It was off on my first zoom encounter and I could not figure out how to turn it on as I could see the camera light was on. I use this computer for many online classes so this was a concern. This computer is faster than I expected. The sound and visual appearances are easier to change. The only issue I cannot comment yet on is its durability.
