The outside casing had a mark that made it look used, even though I purchased it new. Reasonably light. Outside bottom edge had a "step off" that will bother me. Good price for a 2-in-1 but am not in love and will probably exchange.

It’s my first laptop so I’m still getting used to it. My only complaint is that I wish the letters on the keyboard were black. Sometimes they are hard to see with the lights on.

I am using it for running medical software and it has been very smooth so far. (~1.5 months) The price is a little on the higher side for a laptop with such spec but the quality is good

A bit difficult to use as a tablet! The screen not turning easily, I afraid to break it when I want to turn the screen. There is a label on it and says made for UK!

I can fairly well see the keyboard before I touch a key. Once I touch a key and it lights up it disappears? This laptop was suppose to be the only one best buy had and it was in a box. There was none on display so that I could see it at all. The sales person told me that I could not open the box or it would be an "Open Box" item. If I wanted it I would have to buy it sight unseen with NO description's except for the salespersons. They had none out that met my wants. I had to order a keyboard cover in order to see it.

We apologize for the issues you have come across with your Dell Inspiron 7506 2-in-1 laptop because the letters on the keyboard are hard to see. We will share your comments about these issues with our quality team, so future improvements can be made.
To help to see keyboard letters better, we suggest disabling the backlit keyboard when you are in lit areas. Below I have provided the steps to disable the backlighting and the full article link.
Backlit keyboard options in BIOS
1. Click the + sign next to System Configuration.
2. Click Keyboard Illumination.
3.* Disabled or Off - The keyboard illumination is off.
*Dim - The keyboard illumination is at half brightness.
*Bright - The keyboard illumination is at full brightness.
4. Click Apply, and then Exit.
