okay - lost 2 screen pixels

1. Run the automated tools in SupportAssist to ensure that the drivers and BIOS are up to date and your computer is optimized
2. Verify display or video issue on an external monitor
3. Check for physical damage on the LCD screen
4. Run hardware diagnostics on the LCD screen
5. Verify the display or video issue in Windows Safe Mode
6. Download and install Microsoft Windows Updates
7. Change the video or display settings, and adjust the brightness
8. Touch screen troubleshooting

Too big for high school student

Best Buy Sucks

When I called Best Buy they automatically wanted me to purchase a $200 Geek Squad contract plus pay for any parts as needed. I decided since it was so new I would just use it as a trade in toward a new one....they said trade in value was $176.00. Oh wait...that was the desk all in one. Just waiting for this one to crash also

One of my worst decision made.

On the specialization processor speed is 4.2 GHz. It reality is only 2.42 GHz. It is slower then my old computer.

I have provided steps to using the Windows Performance Troubleshooter which should help resolve the performance issue. I have also provided a link to the full article that has more options if needed. We would also suggest making sure all drivers and downloads are up to date on your PC. I have provided a link to the Drivers and Downloads page for our system below so you can check for and do any applicable updates.
Windows performance Troubleshooter:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

Thank you very much for your valued feedback. We are sorry to hear about the issues you came across with your Inspiron 7506 2-in-1 laptop because its touchpad is not reliable.
Some Notebooks and Tablets with Keyboards have added gesture features to the touchpad hardware and drivers. A few of these features are two or three-finger scrolling, pinch zoom, circle zoom, rotation, and swiping. These new features may be the reason for the erratic cursor movement since most are turned on by default. You can disable or modify the way the features work in the touchpad driver properties. Here are some tips to modify these settings:
1. In the Search box, type main.cpl.
2. Touch or click main.cpl in the list of programs.
3. Touch or click the Dell Touchpad tab.
4. Touch or click on the picture of the touchpad.
5. Touch or click Gestures (depending on your computer there may not be a Gestures option).
6. Change the options as preferred.
7. Touch or click Save.
8. Touch or click the X in the upper-right corner to close the Dell Touchpad Utility.
9. Touch or click OK on the Mouse Properties window.
10. If the touchpad still does not work after following the preceding steps, refer to Dell Knowledge Base article - http://dell.to/2iaiujA.
