Nice touchscreen, lit keybd and picture for watching movies etc. Hinge and power port/jack have a fragile feel to them, but that seems hard to avoid with big screen laptop. SSD memory is great. Runs quiet and cool (not hot). Came with Windows 11 and I don't have a clue where MS finds their programmers but I thank god for google help.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buy anything else but this computer. Trackpad is glitchy making this laptop unusable at times. Dell finally initiated sending out a tech for a parts repair to fix the problem. However the part required to fix this problem have now been out of stock for over a month. I have been buying computers since the 90s and this is by far the worst computer I've ever wasted money on. I hate this machine. Please do yourself a favor and buy anything except this piece of garbage. Dell is not the company is uses to be.
