It was not a cheap purchase. In the past year, it has slowed down and it does not have a virus (Best Buy confirmed) and I keep getting error messages that require it to restart to "fix" the problem. This has been repaired once by Geek Squad, but now two months later it is doing it again. This computer keeps slowing or locking up while I work and I can hear the internal fan, etc. winding up to get it started moving again. I do not have many applications on the PC, but do have a fair amount of pictures, and I am at the max of my storage. So I am now uploading some to an external hard drive. I am disappointed at the performance of this VERY EXPENSIVE PC.

Screen turning green, screen disappearing, going black etc. flickering. Running 2 monitiors. Tried hdmi, displayport, vga and dvi, 1 monitor No problem, 2 Fails on some level or another as listed. Just now loaded Halo multiplayer - Primary screen turned black and dropped the signal. Had to close down game, disconnect then reconnect for primary monitor to come back on. Could it be that the system cant handle 2 monitors because of such a small power supply? Its a Ryzen 7 1800x and so far Dell - 2 Entusiastic THumbs down. Come ON DELL. 2 $1000 Plus systems..FAIL My old acer ryzen 5 1400 with 8 gb ram w/ 2 gb gpu will smoke this pc. Going back to Acer.

I had problems with Flight Simulator crashing so I took it in to the Geek Squad. We discussed it and I was given the option to exchange it. Best Buy said it was not carried anymore so I took the same model but with16GB of memory. It has worked flawlessly.
