Wonderful quality. It's sound is crisp. I have two sets, one is mid grade, the other is the top of the line. Not a major difference, especially since I bought the surround sound speakers also. Ecstatic!

My 11 year old Dell went down on 6/10/17. I took it to Staples just around the corner here in Escondido, CA. They talked me into buying a refurbished HP desktop. It took a week to get here then they could not transfer my data from the old to the new. This took a little over 2 weeks with me going over several times to check on the status. So they had me order a brand new computer. After talking to a friend who moved away who used to work on my computer problems. He said to go to Best Buy and talk to Geek Squad in San Marcos, CA which is next to Escondido. On 7/2/17 I cancelled the order at Staples then went over to Best Buy on 7/3/17. I went up to the Geek Squad counter with my old computer. They asked intelligent questions they looked at the old computer and said it was time to buy and new computer. They transfered all of my old data without any problems. I picked up the new computer on 7/5/17 took it home plugged it in turned it on and Quicken did not load up. A window came up and said there was a problem with Windows interface. I immediately went back to Geek Squad they said they were having trouble with that . They again said they could fix it and I picked up the new computer in good working order on 7/7/17. Very satisfied!

I like that computer. Has all good features .Latest technology . Fast and easy to use .value price .

The computer works great. It is not high end but does basic functions needed and is smooth and fast

The only issue I have is that there was no vga cord with my computer. I could not take it back because I needed it for Work the next day. I had to go and purchase one which cost mean extra $29.95

I bought this computer for my mother. It’s small and fast enough for basic things such as email and internet.

This machine costs less than my 2011 PC. While slightly less capable, it is worth the cost. Only a few minor issues that may be windows 10 related. (occasionally, hard to waken from sleep mode.)

The machine works perfectly and was easily connected to my printer/scanner and other devices. Happy that it has so much storage space for family photos and important documents.

Having abandoned tower PCs for over a decade (hasn't the whole world?) , kids reach home work/projects age and sadly off I went into this slimy time machine hot tub. This PC , spec wise, beat the others in memory, processing power by far in its price range. I m delighted to be back in the world of countless Windows operating system pop up alert message of corrupt files and process errors. Yay! But the hardware so far has been solid. Good buy

Great so far must faster that is a positive point. The added memory has helped me a great deal.
