It's always a pleasure to take my problems to Best Buy's experts. It seems I come in with a concern and leave with a big smile.

I bought the machine less than a month so I can't talk about the durability. Other than that, the machine has a smaller footage than my previous desktops, not slime style, more like rectangle-square shape. The set up was easy. The machine is very quite when it is on. The CPU speed is moderate for I am using it for, internet, MS office, some MS apps, etc.

Bought my Dell computer with windows 10 to replace my old computer that still had Vista. I was nervous that it would be difficult to use. Love this computer. Geek squad set it up for me and it was ready when I took it home. Did not realize how slow my computer was. And, It set up so it is very easy to learn. The price was perfect also.

I bought this computer because my old one ceased to operate and have been very pleasantly surprised. It a very fast and well thought out computer system. It came complete with many programs and very fast operational system that has proved to be an efficient workhorse. I didn't have to choose this computer but I am glad I did!

It's a very nice computer. A little hard to get use to Windows10. But learning fast. You can look up any problem your having or don't know how to do something and you will find the answer or instructions. I love the fact that Cortana is a big help also. Microsoft office is a good thing to have along with Excel. The menu is very helpful. Easy to find what you want.

It is a very good desktop for the needs of school students

This thing is like my new favorite toy. My old system (and I mean old) was so frustrating and my slow DSL service did not help. Go Comcast!

Easy set up. Fast processor.Easy to use by even a novice.

Ever since I purchase a new Dell Regular Model D19m, I'm having problems with the faxing and scanning from my printer to my computer. It can printer from computer to printer. I spoke to a Geek Squad agent whom they will sending some one out to fix at an additional cost and with in a 3 or 4 days delay. I run a business so I need faxing and scanning.

My husband and I had been looking for a well priced desktop for a little while that had good reviews, would be fast, and suit our needs. We aren't on the computer too much so we don't need it to do too much but now that we have a faster computer, we do find ourselves on it more. We have been very happy with this purchase this far.

The tower is aesthetically pleasing and simple. It comes with everything aside from the monitor. This computer serves as a web browsing, personal financing, spreadsheet, and media machine for storing and organizing pictures and video. I haven't tried any demanding tasks with it, but so far it has worked beautifully.
