I did need to get help from Dell support for start-up but that didn't take long at all and they were great. This computer is an upgrade from my old Windows Vista. I'm really enjoying the speed of this computer and not having any freezing up is fantastic.

I like the slightly smaller size and it is lighter than the one I had before. Of course that doesn't matter much but it is still nice. Even the mouse feels a little more comfortable, although I can't explain the difference.

Decent desktop

It would cost almost as much to fix it as to purchase a new one. There are some annoying things about Windows 10 that I didn't have on my previous unit even though it was also using Windows 10. So far I have not been able to disable these. Other than that I am quite happy with this unit.
