This Dell desktop more than meets my personal needs. I only needed to plug it in and turn it on. It was so easy! And, because I bought it at Best Buy there was no waiting for delivery.

Have had it about a month now and have been very happy with it. Seems to work great and it was a great price. Ordered it on-line and had it shipped to store, the whole process worked great.

After checking Dell and 4 other company's. I went with another DELL! It is very fast and I love all the features it has.Thanks DELL a very good new system.

Thus far, I am not disappointed. The height of the computer is just a little higher than the one I replaced but, I was still able to fit it on my computer desk.

It was easy to set up, walked thru everything. Updates foe windows 10 was kind of slow but everything is now up to date. Only negative is the CD player is side mounted and hard to put a disc into.

Only downside, which was my mistake, is that I assumed it would process at a 100+mpbs wifi speed with the 100mpbs fiber internet I have running into my home. However, if I understand correctly, I need a computer with a 5GHZ processing band speed versus 2.4GHz on this desktop.

I also thought that by purchasing mine it would be slower than my previous one or cheaper. This one is faster and cost about the same of my previous purchase. Overall, pleasantly surprised and content.

I am using Microsoft Office 365 Online and have had no issues there either. The Wi-Fi is super simple to use and it runs very smoothly. I am very happy with my purchase.
