Excellent customer service with most knowledgeable professional staff !!!

This computer is excellent for building & maintaining my business' website, allowing me to have multiple programs open at same time. The speed is fast enough to accomplish what I need for business and personal needs. Great computer for the money!

So far, I'm still learning Windows 10, new computer and printer. I still cannot print color from computer but OK from printer (HP). I do like it's speed, however. I think the CD drive is a little flimsy and awkward to load but works good.

I bought a scratch a dent, saved money and it works like it is brand new!

Bought this for my father in law. His lap top died and was in need of a solid replacement. I bought him this desktop and he loves it! Super fast for what he uses it for (email, surfing the web & Facebook. Had it a few weeks now and had no issues.

Right out of the box and able to use in 30 minutes. A no nonsense unit for accessing internet with no complicated files or software to worry about. Downloading software such as turbo tax is fasted than any other desk top I have owned.

It's pretty small, and pretty fast. I bought this computer for my mother and it does everything she needs it to do: it plays Farmville and allows her to browse facebook. We've had it a little while now and has required little to no repair so far.

Great home computer for basic daily needs. Word, printing, web surfing.

The computer functions quite well. Wish the wireless function had better strength.

Del desk top computer was purchased to replace one that died my daughter is using the new one for school work with no problems doing what she needs. then my husband plays games on it. Easy to use and they had no trouble setting it up

Buying a desktop these days is usually about finding the best value. Most hardware is the same or comparable. This desktop had great value in respect to the price vs the compute resources available. It was a good choice and is working well.

Needed a basic computer to perform office duties, play music, etc...

After some shorter than expected service terms with Gateway, I went back to Dell.

I really like this computer, especially the speed and the processor.

I believe this is my 3rd Dell desktop pc and have never had any problems. I bought this one due to my older one got ill after 6 years. I bought at the store and had a great knowledgeable sales person. I bought my past pc's on line.

We were forced to upgrade and weren't sure where to start. Went into Best Buy and decided to try another Dell as that is what we had for several years. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Great desktop!

So glad it does not have all that extra trial software they used to dump on us.

The sales person Breanna was very helpful. I told her my situation and my needs and she guided me to the right choice. Set up was easy and I am very pleased with the speed of this computer. It has exceeded my expectations so far.
