I had not bought any computer type items in several years. I looked around and got some help from a friend and this computer runs great and has a ton of storage.

Very nice, competent job on the part of the sales rep. Machine is fast , great resolution and does everything I need it to do. I will continue to shop at Best Buy.

I purchased this computer and so far have been quite pleased with it. It is pretty fast, and comes with a good array of programs build in. I would recommend this computer.

My computer crashed. I looked at a few desktops. I like the dell brand. The price was right and the programs already available were needed. Simple to set up

This was exactly what I needed/wanted for a desk top PC...I don't game, stream etc just wanted a good basic PC. This fit the bill perfectly and at a good price.

I bought this to replace an older Dell quad-core. It runs circles around the old device. It might not be a gamer but it has all the household power you'll need.

This was purchased to replace an older computer in a small office environment. It met or exceeded all of the requirements for the office at a reasonable price.

I use this at my home office for business and personal use. It is performing flawlessly so far. I have been using it for a couple weeks. No complaints.

I was offput by some of the negative reviews but I figured I'd know within a day or two if I had a dud. Happy to say it's worked like a champ, no issues thus far. No bricking during Windows upgrades, which is always a good thing. Beware that the built-in wifi only supports the 2.4Ghz frequency band, so I had to buy an external adapter to ride my home's 5Ghz signal; download speeds went up by factor of ten at that point. Otherwise a decent entry-level computer, the integrated graphics will meet my kid's requirements for light gaming (the Sims, etc) but it's obvious that anything more robust would be sorely lacking.

Works perfect for documents and internet usage, just as it was described in advertisement and by sale rep.

Purchased this for my mother-in-law to surf Facebook.and check her email. The computer works great for light usage, and was way faster than her old computer.

I like the computer but it takes some time to get used to all the different functions and learning the meaning of icons. . However, I am learning it and like the size.

Had geek squad set it and got there package with it, had it everyday since I bought it, only issue was setting up outlook, had it fixed in an hour by geek squad, works great.

This is my wife's computer and she loves it. It is easy to use and serves her needs. It is still new, though, so we can't predict its reliability.

This PC had what I was looking for. Win 10, 1 TB HD, current Intel process, CD burner, very good price (price got better while I was comparing PC's.

Not a gamer or someone that works from home, just a retired senior citizen wanting an easy to use computer for email and simple searches. Great product!

Good machine. Very responsive and smooth so far. I've had it for about 2 months now, but haven't had a chance to use it much yet. So far, all and all a good buy.
