OK now but had lots of problems initially.

The rest of the time I was either in with Best Buy Geek Squad in my local store or on the phone with a Geek Squad Tech. After all their hard work it seems to be working well now but initially rather disappointing. Had a Dell a few years back and it was great but this one did not seem to like Windows 10.

Not for computor novices

I am not computer literate. I doemails, pay bills and do a little shopping. I don't know about files and drop boxes and other stuff that this machine can supposedly do. I need a manual and Dell tells me they do not have one. Too late to take it back, so I am stuck with it. Hence my low rating.
