The computer is incredible. It looks good, performs well, and has a lot of features. Only issue we've had is with GPU driver version compatibility with certain games. This is a good computer for dual use Office productivity and occasional gaming.

I bought this when it was on sale otherwise its overpriced. Also the specs are good but hte internal hard drive is so slow! I put in a SSD and installed ubuntu 19.04 daily image and it is so fast. I had to disconnect internal HD to connect the SSD due to the way the power supply cables are. Both ram slots of 8GB each are taken so you will lose those 2 sticks if you decide to upgrade. THis is very good for a linux dev machine. It was so slow for Windows 10.

This system looked good from the outside, till you open up the settings and check the specs. The Ryzen 7 is flawless paired with a Radeon RX 580 OC (1750mhz) Which means dell did some tinkering with the OS/BIOS which is completely locked on their cheap 2Ram Dimm Slots... and enough power to turn on the Computer (unless you want the video card and option light/wireless chip to fiction) a meager 420W on a standard 550w min setup. . an added flaw is the Hard Drive fails to load every boot and even forgets how to turn on, with a junk Toshiba 20mbs top speed Read/Write. New motherboard/OS Powersupply and new Dimms this computer could function perfect for 650$ in added parts. Save yourself the time and patiences of dells bottlenecked BIOS and buy a 2000$ Completed computer else where that starts like a new car every time. Side note, if you don't return directly to a store they'll don't accept the item back. I called several times to get it picked up (I live in a semi-remote airport only area) and they played around with UPS attempting to pick the item up but every call got less and less helpful to the point they started lying about being able to do services currently and they'll call me back tomorrow to avoid the 15 day period. . BESTBUY Customer service fails on big buys they know are cheaply made.
