Runs Smooth, But Hot, Must Update Bios & Drivers

The computer runs quite smooth, but it ran quite hot the first few weeks. I partially solved this by downloading Dell's Support Assistant which ran several tests and prompted me to download and install a newer version of the Bios and several drivers. The Dell forum for this computer pointed to something in the Bios called vPro that is useful for network administers, but makes the computer run hot for individual consumers. The forum suggested reinstalling the operating system that wasn't Dell's own version. The results would be the same otherwise. Even with the new Bios that I installed it runs hotter than my HP--CPU 68F vs 102F upon start up.

We wanted a high power Windows 10 Ultrabook that did not need a touch screen. This meets that need, worked right out of the box and is fast.

Use Dell Latitude's for work so thought i would get one for home and I am completely satisfied with this refurbished unit and the price I paid.

Great product at a great price. It performs just like a brand new laptop. I would buy from Best Buy whenever possible.

I used it 10 times maybe. Then the power button was not working anymore. So I got stuck with a piece of plastic. Would not recommend.
