Good product, big hassle getting it

I ordered this refurbished laptop in late June. I planned to be out of town in the days following so set it for pickup at the Wilton, NY store on 7.3.2025. Thereafter I received multiple communications from Best Buy saying it was delayed. Cancelling the order proved impossible online - it had been shipped, they said. Calling the Best Buy help line was no help whatsoever - it was obviously a person somewhere outside the US who was completely unable to help at all. Finally, after a delay of weeks I went to the store and asked where it was, After considerable delay, the staff there figured out it HAD been timely shipped to the store, someone input its arrival incorrectly, and it was actually there. It took them a while to fix the computer glitch but were very nice and apologetic about it.
Anyway, the laptop works great so far and I have no complaints - lots of memory, works fast and is fine for my needs. Actually getting it was a pain, but dealing with actual human beings in person solved the issues, so 5/5 for the computer and the store folks, 1/5 for the online and phone line "help".
