This laptop has proven to be better than expected. This is my second refurbished laptop I have purchased from Best Buy, both refurbished, packaged and shipped by Joy Systems. The other laptop is still working great, but it won't run Windows 11, so I purchased this one. The descriptions says it doesn't have a backlit keyboard but mine does. What a pleasant surprise! This laptop is able to run all of the programs I need it to and it seamlessly connects to WiFi both in my home and other places. The battery, always a concern on a refurbished unit, seems to have a lot of life left in it. Well worth the purchase given the specs of this unit as compared to new ones that are more expensive.
