However, the Geek Squad service we used was not up to par. They didn't tell us how to initiate the Windows software, and didn't migrate all data from our old PC to the new one, which required three trips to the store. Not a good service experience!

This computer actually surprised me an how well it kept up with all that we do on the computers. It’s nothing special but for office work it keeps up.

And of course I can't return it bc it's past that threshold. It also didn't have a wifi connection option. Only hard wire. I would avoid this purchase.

Got a very old PC
