    This PC is a good quality buy for the cost. However my experience with Best Buy was horrible. Specifically the Geek Squad. The box was advertised as having an extra bay. That's something I was specifically looking for. Each store now supports multiple stores on call support. There is a good chance you won't get the store where you left your device so they can't physically see your device or get an update from the agent working on it. If no updates are provided as in my case no other location can know the status. In my case after calling for 3 days with no update I finally get through to someone who says there is NO extra bay and there is no way to install an additional hard drive. So the advertising that lead me to buy the system in the first place was false. Then the expert Geek Squad took 4 days to figure out there was no space to install an additional drive.

    I don't buy many desktop towers. But when I do, I do my due diligence. And when I do that, I always end up buying from Best Buy ! And as Auntie Martha says, "It's a good thing". :)) This tower is great!

    The computer is really nice. Fast and quiet! The operating system (win10) is nice as well. The one thing I don't like are the filters that flag me when I'm trying to access an article off of email. I ended up loading goog chrome so I could read articles. I couldn't even access "the far side". Really easy to investigate the new OS. I think I made a great purchase. Thanks.
