And the purchased information transfer from the old hard drive was a disaster.

Great refurb PC deal!

Refurbished PC but with great specs and may as well be new. Was perfect for my mom to do all the normal browsing and everyday PC tasks. More than needed actually. But price couldn’t be better!

Didn't even think it was possible to get a computer without this in this day and age. Returned for a full refund.

This PC broke three times and when I went to return it they told me that I needed to buy a back up drive for my info and another PC at a higher price. I also lost a Microsoft 365 and Bitdefender subscription when I had to return this PC and they did not refund that cost to me. Horrible experience and cost me over $200. Not only that my personal info was on that PC and I had no way to recover it. They offered no solution for any of these issues. Only said I had to buy another PC, at a higher cost. Sense the one I bought, only 40 days earlier had gone bad.

Manager gave me an adaptor. After all that, it didn't suit my needs so I exchanged it.
