This computer was a Christmas and New Year gift for a child, since there was a problem with the Bios on the video card, I have tried to change the equipment by chat, I live in Baja California, Mexico and we have not been able to go to change the team for COVID-19, please tell me how they can change it for me please. Note: in all my years of customer I have never returned an item, I hope your help.

Not the quietest computer I've had but powerful under the hood. Lots of space for apps. Sound card not great but for the low price you can decide if you need better for multimedia. Overall you'd have to spend almost 3x this price for the same... I was sceptical at purchase but be assured its ok to buy

Excellent value. To be able to get a I-7 processor with 16 Gb of ram and a 2 tb hard drive for less than $500 is a very good deal, even though it was a remanufacture/return. Ive had it for a few months and am very satisfied. Only negative is it came with displayports and vga ports instead of a hdmi. but a $15 adapter fixes that issue.

We bought a Pre owned Dell - OptiPlex Desktop. It was the first time that we bought something at Best Buy that was pre-owned. Another customer bought the computer and decided that it was not the right one for them, so they took it back. That was good for us, because we needed a new computer and it was a really good deal. I really got it for half the price of what it would have been and I got more things included in the deal that I would have had to purchase extra. So thanks Best Buy for offering your customers a good deal. I am always trying to scout out the best deals. This computer is really nice and works great. I didn't buy it for gaming, just home use and internet.

Great computer! Fast and reliable! We have had no issues so far! Better than expected.

Had absolutely no issues setting up this computer. Everything came as advertised. One problem after I loaded my Office suite was that Windows was not licensed. Called Microsoft and gave them a string of codes and they gave me some codes back and then Windows was registered with no issues. I would buy from this vendor again!

Wanted to replace the old desktop, so shopped for quite some time looking for something with quality and features. For a brand new unit that can do what this pre-owned one does it would have cost much more. Everything works as it should like new. Very pleased with our purchase.

It was missing some fundamental items but that was to be expected. ( HDMI, WIFI. )

Works great! Fast! Zero issues. Only small detail is that is a but noisey. During the day u cant hear much but when its silent at night u can hear the computer running.... aside from that im hapoy with my purchase. Its just what i needed

It was refurbished but seemed brand newMy computer installer said it was excellent for the money paid and honestly it’s faster than any of my other computers great deal I appreciate it big fan of Best Buy

Computer is great. Delivery was terrible. Keyboard that came with the pc was totally damaged.

Haven’t used pc in a long time but this one made me love the pc again. Very fast and and e light storage for all my file. Not to mention the price, it was very cheap.

We purchased this pre owned desktop because of the stats. It seems to be working wonderfully!! We love the smaller size and the ability to stand it up or have it horizontal!

I use this computer for cad drawing. It is an awesome computer for that.

Received error message "Inaccessible boot drive" I plugged it in at 2:30 pm PT, the Joy systems support only is open Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET. So had to set up old win 7 pc it was replacing. Very disappointed that a refurbished PC can get of their business without proper testing to see if it works.
