I love this computer. I used to own a cromebook. I see why this is considered a real computer. So many cool features especially love being able to access my phone features as well

I ended up returning this laptop because it did not work well for me. I love using my laptop on non flat surfaces like my lap. But, if you are using this laptop, you cannot do that. Because it is plastic, if you put any pressure on the bottom, the trackpad stops working. The trackpad is so shallow that when the plastic bends up from the bottom, it starts glitching and won't let you use it. This ends up being a big issue for me. If you only want to use the touch screen, and only use it on flat surfaces, then I think this laptop would work well for you.

Very nice laptop. The hinge is firm and tight, but smooth. The screen is very clear and sharp, and has a nice color

Good quality, portable, fast with a great battery.

Good product. Only problem i am facing is sometimes rotational lock wont work after opening from sleep mode.

I found it priceworthy in bestbuy. I think bestbuy offers price worthy electronic products. It is second time in a year shopping laptop from bestbuy.

I’m a Dell fan so this is hard. The PC is nice and has nice features but it has docking issues. The keyboard doesnt work when you undock and re-dock it causing you to have to reboot.

Great product. Even arrived a day earlier than anticipated.

I will not purchase a computer from Best Buy again. They didn’t ship me this computer, they sent a printer ink cartridge. When I called them to get the issue resolved they never shipped the computer or issued the refund. They stole over $400 from me.

Great specs for the price But the fan keeps working loudly especially when charging and keyboard heats up Also the baterry drains pretty fast

Returnable or replacable time length is too short, not enough time for me to actually get to see if it work good or not

It’s decent for the price but I feel like my old dell Laptop was built better

I am awiating another one because the first one worked for a week and then started asking for restoring and other resettings. Hopefully the replacement works good. I like it though, so lets see whats happens on the next one.

Its been only 100 days but it already started hanging up. Very frustrating
