    The item was a gift. It is exactly what was desired and was easy to set up and use. Not really used the touch screen function yet, but sure it will be used during upcoming travel. Plan to buy an additional Dell for myself.

    I love my new computer. It's quick, relable, and works like I need it to! What I'm disappoited in: The Geek Squad! Their customer service was awful! They promised it would be ready (they did the data transfer) in 2 days,and it took them 6! I beleive the problem is staffing. I definetly would buy the computer again. I'd just go to a different location.
