I downsized to this Dell 14” laptop from a larger HP. I am loving it. It is lightweight, fast, and very easy to use. The Best Buy Geek Squad transferred all my documents and information from the old laptop to this one which made it immediately accessible.

This has been a fantastic laptop so far! I had a slight hiccup setting it up because I couldn’t change the “admin” email vs the email for Office365 that I had everything synced under so I ended up resetting the laptop and starting the whole process from scratch. Other than that, great interface and easy to use. I’ve had it for just over a month now and no problems. I use it primarily for collegiate work so I don’t have any talking points for video editing/gaming/other primary uses.

The laptop is very nice but after one month of use the battery died. If I went with GeekSquad to fix it it would have been 2-4 weeks without a laptop. I ended up doing a return and replace. I will have to install everything again.

Nice laptop for daily use, I would recommend to anyone who want to use a high tech laptop but at a reasonable price.
