    I love my new computer. It's quick, relable, and works like I need it to! What I'm disappoited in: The Geek Squad! Their customer service was awful! They promised it would be ready (they did the data transfer) in 2 days,and it took them 6! I beleive the problem is staffing. I definetly would buy the computer again. I'd just go to a different location.

    I'm so sad to report I hate this laptop. I'll admit for the 1st time I bought an open box laptop, but it stated it was in excellent condition. It is very slow. My 6 year old laptop was much faster. I can't stand Windows 11 and would never have replaced it if I hadn't been forced. I'm so disappointed. Everything is such a hassel.

    Laptop is great, i feel I was scammed on price and warranty package. I hope to retun and buy the same laptop on Dell's website. I have made multiple attempts to comtact Best Buy and get stor le is closed messages when i call and told in text texh support they cannot help.
