This laptop is perfect for school, design, and entertainment. The 2K touch screen looks amazing, performance is smooth, and the battery easily lasts all day. The 2-in-1 design makes it super versatile. Only downside is the speakers could be better, but overall it’s an excellent device!

For personal use, this Dell laptop looks like a powerhouse that will handle just about anything you throw at it. For general personal use—like browsing, streaming, and work from home — this is more than sufficient - it has fast performance and very smooth multitasking. The Intel Core Ultra 9 processor with 32GB of memory is top-tier. Having a Touch Screen was a must have for me when I was looking at laptops. The 14-inch 2K Touch Screen is a good size for portability and offers a sharp image, which is great for enjoying videos. The 1TB SSD gives you plenty of fast storage for all files and media. The speakers are decent but not spectacular. I tend to use external speakers. Overall: If you want a future-proof, versatile, and extremely powerful 2-in-1 laptop for everyday personal use, this is an excellent choice!

This Dell model is extremely fast, sharp, and light. Battery life is longer than another laptop that is used.

It is sleek, lightweight, and easy to carry around. Great display and even when outside during the day. I like that i can still see my screen fairly okay even when i reduce the brightness to the lowest level. Downside is that the battery doesn’t last as long as was advertised. It runs about for 4hrs so I have to charge everyday. The driver has kinda malfunctioned twice and I had reinstall. Not sure why that happened. Hoping it doesn’t happen again. That, and the battery life are the reason I am not giving a 5-star rating.

The 14 inch size and foldable 2-in-1 design makes it super versatile for both work and entertainment. What impressed me the most is that I got all of this for under $1,000 thanks to a great discount at Best Buy. It feels like a premium laptop at a mid-range price. The only thing I would have preferred is a different color—something like dark grey, black, or silver instead of the "Ice" finish. But that’s a small tradeoff for everything else this laptop offers. Highly recommend this model if you're looking for performance, portability, and value in one sleek package!

This is a great 2 in 1. I purchased for my son in college. It meets all of his needs and then some. This is a powerhouse - incredible fast and efficient. The battery life has been great.

I picked up the laptop because I needed to replace an old Windows 10 computer. I love having the option to use it like a tablet with the 16" touch screen. Even better is the 32GB memory, and 1TB SSD, which I feel for the price was exceptional compared to other brands. So far, I have no complaints, and in fact, I purchased a 14" screen version with the same specs for my son for his college needs. I like that it runs fast and have not had any problems with it overheating.

It's very easy to use, not too heavy, and it works smoothly. My only complain would be that it gets hot after using for longer time.

I bought this laptop for my son as he starts college, and it has been a great choice so far. He really likes the touchscreen and the flexibility to fold it, which makes it easy to use in different settings. It runs quickly and smoothly, and overall performance has been excellent. The only downside is that I haven’t found many hard shell cases that fit this model, so protection options are a bit limited. Otherwise, it’s a solid computer and has been working very well for him.
