Purchased this computer to replace my aging Surface Pro. In general it supports every feature i need to support my teaching endeavors. I am quite satisfied with the touchscreen and ease of setup and use.

I’m thrilled with this laptop! It’s quiet, smooth, and fast. The screen resolution is excellent. The only downside is the speakers. They’re under the laptop, which mutes the sound a bit.

I absolutely love this laptop so far! The screen looks great, blazing speed, and super portable. My only disappointment is the bloatware Dell puts on all their laptops. The bloatware is the only thing keeping me from 5 stars.

Well functioning mid range laptop - it's your standard day to day workhorse. I use mine in tent mode exclusively and have a separate keyboard - if you were traveling with it constantly, you might opt for another dell model with a more consistent feeling keyboard. I was able to swap my m.2 2230 into it easily, caution that the material can scratch somewhat easy, so use plastic to gently open case.

Very happy with the laptop. I bought this for my son for his college. He loves it. The only thing is it does not have the slot for cable lock. Otherwise, it's a good value for your money.

Love my Dell computer! You just press a button and it's on and ready to use; Unlike my previous HP laptop. You can't go wrong with a Dell; great graphics, easy to set-up and use.

I’ve been using my Dell laptop for a few months now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The build quality feels solid, the keyboard is comfortable, and the display is crisp with good color accuracy. It handles multitasking and everyday tasks smoothly, and startup time is quick. Battery life could be a bit better when running multiple applications, but it still lasts several hours on a full charge. For the price, it’s a dependable machine that works well for both work and entertainment. Definitely recommend for students and professionals.

I purchased this item for my teenager and she loves it. She’s a highschooler so hopefully it will be just as useful for when she’s in college.

This laptop is an excellent value for the money. It is faster than I expected and moves from one program to another without hesitation. When I saw it online, I didn't appreciate that it functions as a laptop and a tablet, making it even more valuable. If you are looking for a good laptop with more functionality than anticipated I definitely recommend this one.

Good computer but lacks adequate usb ports and a cd/dvd drive

Maybe this is more a function of moving from a windows 10 all in one that is woefully short on memory, but this computer is very fast compared to what I had. Still figuring lots of things out, but battery life, screen responsiveness and ease of use are right up there with the speed at which it operates. I am afraid my home internet is too slow for this thing!!

This is an amazing laptop. It is easily portable. The operating system and the software make it a full service laptop. It is lightweight enough AND the placement of the keyboard is ergonomic for me. The screen is clear and adjustable for brightness. I am Very very happy with my purchase!
