Definitely a good purchase. I’ve had it do some weird things when it dies completely. And I’ve noticed the battery life has decreased since I bought it but I’m not worried about any issues of that sort since I bought geek squad protection. Very pleased with my purchase so far.

This laptop is great for what i do, the processor can handle all of my engineering classes just fine and i do light gaming aswell and its perfect

I am super glad I purchased this laptop. It does everything I need it to do and more. The large screen and power make it the perfect computer for personal project, work and school courses.

Overall performance is acceptable, but the screen colors look unnatural. In addition, the power button is often unresponsive.

I use this as my primary home laptop for personal tasks, so portability and battery life weren’t major concerns. Overall, it’s a fantastic device—quick, powerful, and with plenty of storage. The 2-in-1 functionality is excellent, and I’ve made use of all the modes. The midnight blue color is a refreshing change from the usual gray. The mini-LED display is stunning and worth the upgrade. The keyboard, while featuring a numeric keypad, has shallow keys that make typing less comfortable. I didn’t expect much from the battery life, but it’s even worse than advertised and can’t last through a full day of typical use. The fan often stays on when plugged in, which is a bit irritating. Connecting the included pen via Bluetooth was tricky and required help from Dell, and there’s no place to attach the pen to the laptop for storage. That said, I rarely use the pen, so it’s a minor issue. I got the Ultra 9 version at a great discount, so overall I’m pleased with the purchase.

This is a well-made laptop with a speedy processor, a bright and sharp display, an accurate and responsive touchscreen, and ample memory for running multiple applications simultaneously. The storage space is more than enough, and the keyboard is fine. While I mostly use the laptop as a desktop, I will say the battery life can be improved. Despite this, the PC has been running just fine without any issues. I have been very satisfied with the overall performance. As usual, this has been a successful BestBuy transaction. I first purchased a refurbished version, which had a minor keyboard issue (the space bar would not register sometimes). The return process was completed without a hitch. While at the store, I decided to purchase the PC in new condition. A very good experience with a great merchant.

the keyboard is nice, easy to use and well visualized. fast computer with good graphics. good battery life. Only complaint is that it's heavy and when it opens, it raises the back of the laptop-this may make it easier to type, but it's a bit awkward to open. overall good computer, can do a whole lot more than I need.

Purchased this Dell because my Dell of 5 years would no longer upgrade from windows 10. Was looking for a laptop that would last me another 5+ years. Was concerned about some of the reviews that questioned the screen, keyboard and heating issues but found for me in the first three weeks to have none of those issues. Computer is fast, bright and slimline. It is a little heavy but it is only a minor adjustment. Purchased black Friday at price less than available from Dell directly.

Its been awhile since I’ve had a new computer and i must say I am more than impressed. Super fast with plenty if storage makes it effective for multiple uses whether personal or business. The only possible improvement would be the operating time while on battery power only. I think thats true with any device, My workstation has an outlet in close proximity so I’m always plugged in and therefore not an issue. All in all, an absolutely wonderful machine!

I was looking for a nice latop with top specs when I started my new business. This is a loaded laptop and it was on sale, so I snathced it up. I am very happy so far, 6-months in. Plenty of storage, great screen, and it flipsinto a tablet when needed. Love the 16x10 layout

Great first laptop for school. It's fast, sleek, and relatively lightweight. Battery life sucks; it gets me through classes and homework, but then I need to charge it before it goes into low power and gets slow.

I love this laptop. Its fast and works great. So far no problems and love the screen. I do agree with other reviews the brightness does need to be better. But I think only if you are outside because I had no problems in the cafe or any other indoor places. The keyboard feels a little weak but maybe its just me. I think for the money its a GREAT deal. The memory and processor work great.

I purchased this computer for my daughter’s home business for Christmas. After the first month of use she called to tell me, “I can run multiple Adobe applications and 20 Chrome tabs without lag". She was pleasantly surprised with how much difference it was in speed and battery usage then her last computer. Her wish list consisted of 32GB memory and 1TB of storage. The touch screen was an added benefit … Needless to say, she recommends this whether you’re using it for business or personal use at home. It has clearly met and exceeded all her expectations!
