It's really good, I've had no problems with this laptop so far! It came with everything I wanted in a laptop.

Very nice picture. The only thing that I wish it had was facial recognition so that I didn't have to put my PIN # in every time.

I love my new Dell. And it doubles as a tablet, the keyboard lights up, it is so fast. I love it.

Love my laptop. Still getting used to windows again since I use Apple for years. The sales reps at the store were really very knowledgeable in helping me to choose something that I could use and worked with my budget. . Really appreciated their help.

It fast and works well. I've had no issues but occasionally the fan is really loud. I should have figured given the specs and my habit of putting it on my lap or couch.

A pretty cool little laptop with good memory and fast performance. The AI has been particularly effective in helping draft resumes, cover letters, and thank-you letters. Helps summarize things for me.

I bought an HP omnibook that I was "okay" with and it wasn't quite making me as happy as my old Dell, but it was a great price. I am so happy that 2 weeks later, this went on sale for the same prive as the HP, so I exchanged it. I love this laptop. The screen resolution is great, its fast, and I know it will last forever. I have only had it for a few weeks (thats ehy only 4 stars for now), but I am very hapy so far!

Love the computer, it is so nice to see the speed in use. Now in the process of the learning curve to Windows11.

It works well. I love sitting on the patio and still being able to do some work. Battery life keeps me going for a while.

Best computer I have ever owned. I was hesitant because my laptop was only a year old but just couldn’t pass up the offer. I am very glad I splurged. Only small issue is that this is one of the few 16” laptops that I have seen with a ten key pad and it shifts the keyboard a little to the left from what I am used to. Just have to get used to it.

It's perfect, it works smoothly and is intel 9 for a very good price.

Laptop is much faster speed than my old Windows 20 Dell from 2017. My new Dell has a nice, big 16” screen. Good keyboard.

I am very happy with my recent purchase of a Dell - copilot+PC computer. I have been buying and using Dell computers since the late 1980's. rarely have I had problems with them and I usually replace my units due to obsolesence rather than performance or reliability issues.

So far it's running great, materials are made of good quality, I love it, touch screen responds fine and it feels powerful.

So pleased with this computer. Just what i was looking for. I do not do gaming, but this computer is plenty fast for what I need it for. I would not hesitate to buy this computer!

Great performance. No glitches. Screen/monitor is crystal clear. So far handling it all and the midnight blue - I never thought I'd say a laptop "looks good" but this thing looks sharp too.
