I’ve been using the Dell Plus Copilot+ PC 16” 2K 2-in-1 Touchscreen Laptop for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed. The Ice Blue color looks amazing in person — really sleek and unique compared to the usual silver or black laptops.
The screen quality is great. The 2K display is super sharp and bright, and the touchscreen is very responsive. I love being able to flip it into tablet mode for watching videos or sketching — it’s smooth and easy to switch between modes.
Performance-wise, this laptop is really quick for all the tasks I use it for (not a huge gamer- just multitasking, editing photos, streaming)
Battery life has been great so far — easily gets me through a day of work or a full movie or two unplugged. The keyboard feels great, the trackpad is super smooth, and the speakers sound way better than I expected.
Overall, I love this Dell even more than the old xps13 that I loved for years. If you want a powerful, stylish, and flexible laptop that can handle pretty much anything, this is a great choice.
Also, Best Buy periodically offers great sale prices!

This Dell Plus Copilot+ 16" 2-in-1 is an excellent all-around laptop. The 2K touchscreen is sharp, bright, and responsive, and the 2-in-1 design makes it great for both productivity and casual use. Performance from the Intel Core Ultra 7 is fast and smooth for multitasking, and the 16GB RAM with 1TB storage provides plenty of power and space. Battery life is solid, the Ice Blue finish looks premium, and Copilot+ features add a nice productivity boost. Overall, a powerful, versatile, and well-designed laptop that feels worth the investment.

I have using this laptop from so many days and my review is The Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor delivers strong performance for multitasking, automation tools, coding, virtual machines, and everyday work. Apps launch fast, the system stays smooth even with multiple workloads open, and AI-assisted features with Copilot+ add an extra boost. It handles office tasks, automation scripts, and light creative work without any lag or heating issues. Despite being a 16-inch 2K touchscreen, the laptop feels surprisingly lightweight and well-balanced. It’s easy to carry for travel or daily office use, and the 2-in-1 design adds extra flexibility.

Reviewing a laptop of this type is a bit out of my comfort zone. Geared for the productivity side of things, there isn’t much I can do with regards to how well the laptop performs. Still, if you seek a laptop that is more utility than gaming, perhaps this is the one. Having a two-in-one laptop is useful for a variety of usage cases. You can use it as a traditional laptop. Flip the keyboard around and it becomes a tablet. Or use the keyboard side to prop up the display for displaying media.
The display on this model is about as basic as it can get. With a resolution of 1920x1200, it’s slightly taller than typical 1080p resolution but isn’t as dense as 1440p or 4k displays. And there’s no high refresh rate either so you’re stuck with standard 60hz. (Even a modest 90hz refresh rate would make the usage experience just a bit better.) At the top of the display is a webcam but unfortunately there is no facial recognition. Having been spoiled by that, I’m saddened that this is omitted. Instead, biometric authentication is done by a fingerprint reader that doubles as a power button.
The build quality of the laptop is decent. There is enough rigidity to accommodate the different ways the laptop can be used. The keyboard has a shallow feel to it and feels typical of any laptop keyboards out there. There is a numpad but I’m conflicted if this is a good thing or a bad thing. On one side, it means there is a numpad for inputting numbers quickly. Yet at the same time, the keys themselves feel cramped.
The hardware is beefy enough to handle the various tasks you throw at it. If you do not have a high demand, the laptop is perfect for whatever app you wish to run. And it will have enough processing power to last for a long time. I didn’t get the chance to test the battery to see how long it lasts on a single charge. But at least charging it will not be an issue due to the port being USB-C.
Charging the laptop can be done in one of two ways: using the included charging brick or your own. However, if you plan on using your own charger, make sure it is capable of USB Power Delivery (USB-PD) with power output between 30-60 watts. It is good that USB-C is being used for charging, as it means one can potentially use one charging block to charge a variety of devices.
As expected, Windows11 Home is used on the laptop. As a power user, I set up new Windows computers differently. Those who follow the steps normally for Windows will have a slightly different experience. In my case, I set up Windows offline using a local account, bypassing the normal requirement of a Microsoft Account. There are guides for that and the steps may change in the future. But setting up Windows normally should pose no problem for any new users.
Once the laptop is set up, I look through what is on the laptop. And I find that McAfee, a security software suite that I have no confidence or trust in, is pre-installed. Immediately, I uninstalled it. Using this without the keyboard takes getting used to. The onscreen keyboard is a bit jarring unless you’re used to it. Touch interface is not easy to adjust to because you’re thrown straight into it once the keyboard is disabled. Microsoft should at least provide some sort of fullscreen quick start guide to give new users some basic instructions. As for performance, I did a quick edit in DaVinci Resolve. It handled the quick edit without a problem but that’s only on a small clip and on limited time. I decided not to run any games to check its 3D performance since the laptop is not geared for such tasks.
To check how it handles being serviced and what upgrade option is available, I made an attempt to open the panel. There are two captive screws which are located near the hinges. However, prying the panel off took a lot of careful effort. In addition, there is something in the center that keeps the panel in place. After a bit of wiggling, I managed to dislodge the clip from the tab and fully remove the cover. Inside, there is no room for a SODIMM to be slotted in. There is a M.2 that can be replaced and pre-installed is a 2230 sized M.2 drive. While I did not make an attempt to remove the M.2, it appears that the original M.2 has some sort of extending mount to extend its physical size to the common 2280 size. Having no way to expand and upgrade the RAM limits to how long the device can be used for. Newer and up-to-date apps and software always trend towards using more RAM. And having a fixed amount of RAM will limit how many tasks, apps, and/or programs can run at the same time.
Overall, I like the practicality of the laptop. As a productivity-oriented laptop, it’ll run anything that isn’t dependent on 3D hardware. And the option to prop the laptop display for other tasks is a nice option. It’s a great laptop to get for the family that doesn’t need heavy 3D processing power to get something done.
Verdict: Recommended for family
The Good: thin, light, 2-in-1 design
The Bad: panel cover is hard to remove, no SODIMM to upgrade RAM, 60Hz display, no facial recognition
The Ugly: the fear of breaking the panel off to access the hardware

Let me start with this for me this laptop was so close to perfect the performance the design were incredible but I was let down by one thing and that was one of the most glaring things on the laptop the screen. Two issues for me they are no way deal breakers but they keep it from scoring a 5 star. The glare when there is bright lights can be a bit tough but that mainly happens because it’s not that bright. In low light the screen looks great the colors are on point and it has enough brightness but during the day or around bright lights the screen just isn’t bright enough to enjoy.
Now that is out of the way let me talk about all the good. The design is great so simple yet so elegant plenty for space on the keyboard and has good area to rest your wrists as you type and the mousepad works incredibly well.
Performance is also really good any task I threw at it handled pretty well even did some light gaming granted the fans really kick on if your playing an intense game but I was able to pay some modern games with decent graphics settings.
The screen while a bit too dim for me does look really god color accuracy is great and the speakers are very good and can get pretty decently loud.
All in all this is the total package for a laptop it has great battery life a great design and for the most part a great looking screen. I definitely recommend this laptop if your looking for something for work slash media consumption

DELL laptops are my favorite. I have been buying Dell since long. I bought one for my daughter and one for myself. In past also I have had Dell laptops.
Intel processor, Intel graphics, great storage of one TB. Almost everything is great. Full size keyboard, high capacity battery life. Good design. Good “elevated standards”. Touch screen is a plus indeed. Obviously storage capacity is also a plus.
However, the WEIGHT is an issue if you have to carry it daily to work. It’s heavy. And it is getting warmer than I had expected.

Great performance 2 in 1. Full of features, Great processor speed, plenty of storage, good display.
Only complaints, fingerprint sensor on power button, NO FACIAL RECOGNITION. A regular price of $1000 would expect facial recognition. Best Buy $$$ excellent.
