i love this laptop so much it has such a nice wide screen , touchscreen also works well very versatile

I have using this laptop from so many days and my review is The Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor delivers strong performance for multitasking, automation tools, coding, virtual machines, and everyday work. Apps launch fast, the system stays smooth even with multiple workloads open, and AI-assisted features with Copilot+ add an extra boost. It handles office tasks, automation scripts, and light creative work without any lag or heating issues. Despite being a 16-inch 2K touchscreen, the laptop feels surprisingly lightweight and well-balanced. It’s easy to carry for travel or daily office use, and the 2-in-1 design adds extra flexibility.

This laptop was purchased as a gift for a relative. Very happy with its features and performance especially for the discounted price I was able to acquire it for. The Copilot integration is super helpful for their uses and general research. Although the chassis is not as rigid as I would like, it is adequate for most uses - don’t expect Apple quality materials here.

The computer is fast and the software loads quickly. Intuitive as the system guides you through trouble shooting. Very good computer for the price. I use my computer for personal use shopping, researching and paying bills online. Everything thing I need for a home computer.

Works perfectly. No problems. Boots right up charges quickly. The charge holds for quite a bit of time. I would say roughly 6 hours if you're on it constantly

I am not very qualified to review computers. I use them for basics and not work. This computer is a good size even though my old laptop was very large. Not made in that size now. As a new computer it is very fast. What i dont like, in general, is much of what i did on the old laptop is rendered useless. Ex: my Canon camera uses and SD card. The new computer doesnt accept SD cards nor CD/DvD. More $ to be spent trying to get things to work. I have thousands of photos in the SD cards. Now have to buy a card reader and the camera apps no longer work. Progress is one thing but making things useless that i use all the time is a big inconvenience.

I have had this for over 3 months and it has not dissapointed me yet. Great for customization and reasonable pricing compared to macbook which prices are through the roof coming from a company that sabotoges their own products and devices so that their buyers are compelled to buy more. The only thing I dislike is the amount of ads that pop on the device itself and unwanted new articles. Just realized you cant right click nor two finger click, wack. Thank you.

This was our choice in updating to a laptop with Windows 11 to replace a Desktop computer with Windows 10 that we got in 2018. Since we have been Best Buy Total Tech members and have been using Office 365 and since the Desktop computer was operational, the transition of data to the new computer by Geek Squad went smoothly. I was able to load our Security software and Printer icons and activate Office 365 prior to Geek Squad transferring data. It has been a good experience.

This is an amazing laptop and pretty much has everything that I could need or want in a work laptop. I love the touch screen and the fact that you can fold it and use it as a tablet. The only thing that bugs me a bit is that it only has one USB outlet. One USB and one USB-C outlet.

This replaced a desktop and I am very well pleased. It is much faster It replaced a desktop and I am very happy with it. The speed of Windows ll is much faster than my old Windows 10 desktop.

The touch screen is a nice addition with flip to tablet function. The initial start up was slower than expected. The display is nice.

Love it! Great size and processing speed. Large monitor. Perfect for majoring in business and finance in college.
