I got it for my son as his graduation gift. He enjoys it and takes it everywhere with him. So far no problems. The display is good. The sound is good. Its really thin and sleek. The price wasnt bad either. He's able to play his games on there with no problems.

Works perfect, the battery last long, just a little heavy

This computer is pushing me and pulling me into the next era of computing. It is light weight with a good battery life. I purchased it because our old desktop could not handle Windows 11. While my learning curve is a little steep, it's doable and I am happy with this purchase.

I love my new laptop. It is so much faster than my old one and has fingerprint logon. The display screen is very bright and vivid. Best Buy was great with the large selection I had to choose from and the Tech who helped me was fantastic.

Love love love the laptop. When looking for a laptop I wanted to make sure it had a full keyboard, backlit keyboard and touch screen. It's beautiful and the 2 in 1 is an excellent addition. My only complaint is how heavy it is. I got this for school and carrying it around will be a pain. I also can not easily find a case for it since it does flip around. The battery last decent too.

I have had it a few weeks, bought it for graduate school and it seems pretty fast. I will say I have tried shopping for the screen protector and a hard case - nonexistent. 1 pet peeve I have and did not notice prior to, I like to charge my phone and add a wireless mouse - ONLY 1 USB PORT, so I had to buy an adapter for multiple devices.

Enjoying this new laptop for its speed, versatility, and overall performance! Love the screen size, the keyboard with its numerical keypad. Great product for the price!

LOVE this computer!! I was dreading changing to a Windows 11 computer because of what I've read about them. However, this computer is fast, easy to use and has everything I was looking for, especially because I work with a lot of documents some of which are very lengthy. Speed is excellent! I even set it up myself which says a lot about this computer because I'm 76 years old. There are features I'm looking forward to learning how to use. What matters to me, though, is that it is perfect for what I need for work, volunteering and personally.

3 months in and it’s running pretty good, had a few reboots in the beginning, just make sure to know your device’s windows key code and everything should be fine. Would totally recommend for any student. As for it being a gaming laptop it’s alright, does overheat a bit.
