The computer hardware itself is reliable and functions how I'd want it too. I can run many programs perfectly fine. The display looks good and the system is sturdy.

My new Dell computer made me realize just how much in need of an upgrade I was. It is like going from a Horse & Buggy to a sports car! The machine has more capabilities than inknow how to use, but learning has been enjoyable. The sales staff at Best Buy were very helpful in enabling me tonunderstand what I was purchasing, as I am not overly computer literate.

Love my laptop, it runs smooth and super quick. Touch screen works great. My only issue is it constantly has security issues where I’m having to restart the drive and enter recovery code which is extremely inconvenient considering I use this laptop for work.

Very easy to use, love the feel of it. Not heavy and very quick to turn on. I switched from an Apple laptop to this laptop.

Large, clear, and bright screen. Very easy to read. User-friendly, albeit a little time-consuming to set up. Much better battery life (so far) than previous versions.
