I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks now and it’s been amazing. The performance is super smooth — boots up fast, runs multiple apps with no lag, and the display is crisp and bright. Battery life easily lasts a full workday. It’s lightweight, well-built, and great for both work and streaming. Definitely a great value for the price!

I have had this laptop for a couple of weeks and no complaints so far. I would call processing speed average, but it's got a nice, big screen and keyboard, plenty of storage, and it meets my needs just fine. Price is right, so I call it a good, functional laptop for the money.

This Dell Plus 16" Touch Screen Laptop has been excellent so far. The AMD Ryzen AI 7 processor and 32GB of memory make it very fast and smooth, even with multiple programs open. Whether be it for work, school, or personal use, computers have become a large part of our life, with laptops becoming the go to for those on the go. For most, the Dell - Plus 16" checks pretty much all the boxes for day-to-day use. Setup on this device is as easy as it would be on any other Windows based device, although, I'll say it did seem like it took a little while longer to connect to my Wi-Fi then I'm used to. That may have been a temporary lag on my internet as once the device was setup, I had no issue flipping back and forth between websites. The device supports Wi-Fi 7, and speed tests showed speeds similar to or on par with my other devices. The screen is solid. No, it's not 1440p or 4K, but the 1920 x 1200 resolution will do for most day-to-day use. It has a standard 60hz refresh rate with 300 nits brightness, which, is again, bright enough for the day to day. The screen is a touchscreen; however, it doesn't double back over, turning the device in to a tablet. This is not a 2 in 1, this is a standard laptop. Web browsing, schoolwork, work, work...the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 has you covered. The combination of the processor and the 32 gigs of memory make multitasking no problem. Just don't look to try and crank up Crysis as the AMD Radeon 860 M isn't made for gaming. The keyboard on this laptop is Ok. If there was any knock I'd have on this laptop for day-to-day use, I'd say it's the keyboard. It's fine, it even has a 10 key...but it just feels a little...stale. The key's done have the snappiness I enjoy. For others, this might not be a knock, or they may enjoy the keyboard...but I'm not a fan of the feel. It's backlit, so that's a plus...but the feel is a little off. The touchpad has a similar feel as well, which, I don't like. Sure, it could use more ports...and I'm also not a fan of the keyboard and touchpad...but the Dell - Plus 16" is a great laptop for day-to-day use, even with its opportunities for improvement.

The computer runs so well. It was so easy to use and I like how it looks. I had a black computer its nice to see the light blue. I love it.

Excellent laptop at an excellent price. The Ryzen 7 AI is a beast and the screen is beautiful. What pushed it to the top was the 32 GB RAM for less than similar machines with only 16gb. I have it hooked up to a docking station that gives me 3 screens of real estate and the battery life, though not the 22 hours stated, does give me 10-12 hours of actual use time.

A Fast, Lightweight, and Beautiful Powerhouse with portability and style

I previously owned a Dell 13.5" and I love the size of this. I also love the # pad on the keyboard. I love that this has 2 battery ports. I lost everything on my old laptop due to it not being able to charge. It ended up being a bad battery port that couldn't be replaced. This option gives me 2 so I feel good about that. I couldn't purchase anything but a Dell. Just my preference.

My new Dell computer made me realize just how much in need of an upgrade I was. It is like going from a Horse & Buggy to a sports car! The machine has more capabilities than inknow how to use, but learning has been enjoyable. The sales staff at Best Buy were very helpful in enabling me tonunderstand what I was purchasing, as I am not overly computer literate.

The purchase of a new Dell Laptop is the perfect gift for my college bound student. Of course, it has all the Microsoft products needed, but it also has all the features she requested plus some extra added bonuses, i.e. movie app, games app and loads of free apps and more.

bought it for my daughter for college. she is going into chemical engineering and needed a laptop that was fast, reliable and could hold lots of data and storage. this was a great buy!!!

Purchased for my college student to replace 7 year old HP and they love this laptop, its speed and storage capacity checks every box and the best buy customer service when purchasing was EXCELLENT!

So far this is the perfect fit for my needs. Screen is big and unit portable enough to carry around when needed.
