We needed a new laptop to replace our old Dell and I was looking for the fastest we could get for the money. Had to be at least the AMD 350 processor with 16GB memory and 1TB SSD and was having a hard time finding one. Walked into Best Buy on Black Friday and wandered over to look at the laptops and saw this Dell that I hadn't seen on their website. We ordered it and after arriving and getting started I'm so happy with the speed, keyboard layout, size of screen - for the money, this is a great laptop. We won't do any gaming but for normal browsing, shopping, spreadsheets etc I can now open the laptop and just get started without having to wait for an eternity.

I’m very happy with my purchase. It was an open box deal and you could not tell it was ever used. I would like to thank Best Buy for giving me such a deal. It is everything I was looking for.

Works fine. Speed is appropriate. Display is good, though I haven't watched a movie or show on it yet.

I absolutely love this Dell Plus Copilot+ PC Laptop. It is quiet, fast and reliable. I have even used the touch screen and it works very well. The keys are backlit and feels good to type on. It has the number keypad. I also like the size of the screen which is the 16".

Got this for my granddaughter for college classes. She has used it for over a year and loves it. Has all the capacity and speed she needs and works great for all her needs.

This laptop is really good for working professional because it has 32 gb ram and AMD processor which is ideal for security professional and students as well.

I use this laptop for my schooling (Bachelors of Science in Computer Science) and it works WONDERFUL. I wish the battery lasted a little longer, but I’m also not putting it to sleep between uses. Visual studios works great and the loading time is great as well!

Nice one, working as expected, light weight and ease

Before my purchase I was checking different options but by far this met all my needs. It has enough storage/ram for my daily work. Its not heavy at all for traveling. Plus being touch screen its a plus.

It's fast, the monitor quality is bright and clear. I'm not the most computer efficient person but this has been fairly easy set up and to be able to use right away. I'm very excited to continue to find new things that it is better able to do than my previous laptop.

Best Dell laptop I've purchased. 8 yrs ago I purchased another Dell laptop that Windows no longer supports. Best Buy had a great price at that time. I still use it. They had another great deal on a new Dell laptop. My son is an IT and programming specialist and was amazed at the quality and included features. Even more amazed at the sale price. Again, great quality service, product and cost.

Pleased with this light-weight laptop. Clear clean screen display. However, personally would prefer the more substantial & protective outer covering of former DELL computers. Howver, most of the name brands are manufacturing light-weight laptops.

So far so good! I've had this laptop for about a month. It me the qualifications I needed for my online college program. It has a nice screen size. The volume is far better than my previous laptop. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the screen will jump briefly when I am streaming a show or movie. I haven't figured out how to fix that yet, but it's only been a month!

The laptop is sturdy and well constructed, with a nice matte-feel to the top. So far the performance is great, but the windows-sphere seems intrusive, and asks for many canned set up approvals without much of an explanation for them. Seem somewhat daunting from the outset, but can be overcome. The McAfee software is in your face and a pain in the neck, unless you up for additional coverage/ subscription. This just makes the new laptop experience less productive and distracting.
