It's fast, the monitor quality is bright and clear. I'm not the most computer efficient person but this has been fairly easy set up and to be able to use right away. I'm very excited to continue to find new things that it is better able to do than my previous laptop.

Before my purchase I was checking different options but by far this met all my needs. It has enough storage/ram for my daily work. Its not heavy at all for traveling. Plus being touch screen its a plus.

Pleased with this light-weight laptop. Clear clean screen display. However, personally would prefer the more substantial & protective outer covering of former DELL computers. Howver, most of the name brands are manufacturing light-weight laptops.

So far so good! I've had this laptop for about a month. It me the qualifications I needed for my online college program. It has a nice screen size. The volume is far better than my previous laptop. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the screen will jump briefly when I am streaming a show or movie. I haven't figured out how to fix that yet, but it's only been a month!

The laptop is sturdy and well constructed, with a nice matte-feel to the top. So far the performance is great, but the windows-sphere seems intrusive, and asks for many canned set up approvals without much of an explanation for them. Seem somewhat daunting from the outset, but can be overcome. The McAfee software is in your face and a pain in the neck, unless you up for additional coverage/ subscription. This just makes the new laptop experience less productive and distracting.

Best Dell laptop I've purchased. 8 yrs ago I purchased another Dell laptop that Windows no longer supports. Best Buy had a great price at that time. I still use it. They had another great deal on a new Dell laptop. My son is an IT and programming specialist and was amazed at the quality and included features. Even more amazed at the sale price. Again, great quality service, product and cost.

Needed to replace a 17.3" laptop that I've had for 13 years, and this one fit the bill from specs. Over all, this is a great laptop. I liked the aluminum case, as my old laptop was plastic, and picture quality was great. It was fast, and did what was needed, but was ultimately too small for my needs since I have multiple open apps/programs at any one time and there's just not enough real estate available on the display to support that and still be visible/legible.

Ive had the computer a couple weeks. It works great. I have a tendency toopen tabs. So far it has not buffered anything. I love it.

I have been able to manage well using this computer for simple things. There is more that it can do but I needed to be told the items I needed to put in the computer (i,e, the security system). I will have to call the Dell company to get this help. I will also need to take a class at the senior center since Best buy does not offer this much needed service.

Ugh, seriously, it feels like you can't ever get a win with some people, right? All you get are empty promises that never seem to materialize. It's so frustrating when you're expecting something to happen and it just… doesn't. I'm tired of hearing "we'll do it" and then seeing nothing change. Is it too much to ask for some follow-through? Maybe a little less talk and a lot more action would be a good start! #BrokenPromises #Frustrated #JustDoIt

Like the design and ease of use was easy to set up

This is a great computer at an amazing price point for my college freshman studying engineering. It exceeded the specs provided by the school and DELL continues to make high quality products that perform well and last. The screen resolution is stunning and it definitely exceeded expectations.

Was and is worth the price have only owned it a couple of weeks and works great. Takes a little bit to get used to compared to the earlier windows i have not had any issues as if yet

I love this laptop. I decided to take some classes at a local college while I’ve been laid off, and I needed something that could handle the software we were using (Photoshop, etc). This thing flies. But I also needed to bring it with me to the classes I take on campus, and it’s light enough to carry in my backpack. This is the best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

Product was exactly as described, works great and the service at Best Buy was professional and fast.

This laptop meets all my needs and is easy to use. It required no learning curve and was compatible with my current equipment. It was ready to go just walking out the door no extra work needed.

I really like this laptop, it is fast and easy to use, it operates on Windows 11 which took (me) a little getting used to.

i am enjoying using this new laptop. Getting used to the differences between Windows 10 and 11.It is working well for me.
