I really enjoy this laptop. I was long overdue for an upgrade. Yes, there's much to learn and I'm not the best with computers, but I do like this one, so it's all good!

This laptop has very large ssd drive and plenty of ram forvwhat i am using it for. The only con for this laptop is very few usb hook ups and no sd card reader, but other then that this is a very solid laptop for the price.

One of my main reasons for buying this laptop was for being able to play games like Roblox, Minecraft, and the Sims 4. And knowing that this laptop would be able to handle running these games without any issues. After having it for about 4 months I can now say that I've barely have any complaints. It does tend to run hot when playing those types of games, but I feel that is pretty common with any laptop since it is not a PC. Also, the battery life tends to drain fast when playing any game. Besides those two things it has definitely ticked all my boxes. Besides gaming I also wanted to do daily tasks, and I have no complaints to offer.

I Tolded him what I wanted, and my price range, he Patiently and honestly searched for the laptop that I would be be happy with, and Your Excellent staff member did just that. This laptop is exactly what we were looking for when hubby’s desktop all-in-one took a dump. We purchased a keyboard and monitor to go with this and now we have the versatility to use at home just like is desktop performed or be on the go using just the laptop. This is a responsive laptop and was easy to set up. Best Buy refunded us some $ as it went on sale a month after we bought it. Awesome experience.

Durable aluminum shell, snappy performance, and an overall competent build. Normally i buy Lenovo due to the performance standard and durability, this is one of the first Dell machines I've walked away with feeling like I was holding a sturdy piece of equipment in quite a while. Kudos to Dell for getting something like this back into an affordable range.
