The laptop functions great overall for being refurbished. There seems to be some loose debris inside when you shake it so I'm gonna have to get that checked out.

While the laptop is much bigger and much heavier than I thought, it does what I need it to do for me to complete my job. It will be a bit heavy when I travel with it, but; oh well.

The one I purchased must notnhave been refurbished properly since the screen had major issues out right out of the box. It shuts off randomly and even got to a point where it wouldn’t turn on anymore. Some software ran fine at first, but later crashed every time I tried to open it. It’s a shame since this is a good quality laptop. It’s just that this one seemed poorly refurbished.

Trash. Had 3 and all 3 had issues. The specs seem great but once you receive a computer that is not working properly you will be forced to return it after geek squad doesnt know what to do

The machine is fine, the customer service was bad.

Worked fine when plugged in but died fast. Poor battery life. Lasted two hours at best.

This has been a great computer I love it. It works better then any I have had.

We got a refurbished 7520 that came from Joy systems. It looks and works like it’s brand new. Loading videos and web pages have virtually no lag. Start up took less than a minute. UPS didn’t take much care in its handling but the way it was packaged for shipping really saved it.
