I always feel a little worried when I purchase a refurbished product, but this laptop does not feel like it is a refurbished product at all. It fired up like new, and looks as if it is fresh off the shelf. It is fast, has excellent graphics, and makes my old laptop look like a hunk of junk. I was pleasantly surprised by what I received.
