I was excited to see this computer system. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to be refurbished and in excellent condition. It took more than 4 hours for it to boot up the first time. There was no support from Best Buy or the seller. When it finally booted up, apps wouldn't load or open. I returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

nice PC you would never know it was refurbished
it came with everything needed.
