8 months and the computer has crashed with run time errors and unable to restore, backup

This product turned out to be much more than I expected. The speed is great. The cabinet is compact and fits anywhere you need to place it. The drive was not cluttered with unwanted software or ads. Due to the solid state hard drive, operation is almost silent. I consider it a great value and a solid performer.

Just got my new Optiplex 7020 desktop w/ 16 Gb-corei5 and just love it. it's refurbished and I couldn't be happier. Setup instructions were so easy. It is so quite and fast. I did get a little help from a nice young man named Saul at Joy systems Tech Support that took great care of me and I was on my way. I can't say enough good things about my computer and the service. I recommend this product to friends and family

Great value and very fast and no issues on startup. Great size for under a desk.

This PC takes up very little space and makes zero sound. Intel 5 and 16 GB. A great value.

Excellent packing, everything in well order. So far it works great, great performance with the 16GB RAM. It would have been greater for it to come with an HDMI port but it's not terrible either. It's my first time buying a Refurbished PC but so far so good, great value for the money.

A good decision I made to purchase this computer. So easy to set-up and operates like a brand new desktop computer.

The computer was well packed and everything was in order. I connected it up and it worked excellent. It is much faster than my older one and has all the external connections that I wanted. Definitely a happy camper! I would highly recommend purchasing a rebuild from Best Buy. I researched the many ways of purchasing a rebuilt computer and I believe going through Best Buy the best option as I could return it to them directly.

Works great! I always buy refurbished for my business to save money and haven't had any issues. Seller shipped promptly and everything was well packaged to prevent damage.

I will admit that ordering a refurbished computer online made me a little nervous due to the fact that it is a large purchase and I was afraid it would not work correctly. Once I plugged the computer in and set it up all my worries went away because it worked wonderfully. I am using this computer for online schooling and it does everything I need it to and more. I am so glad with this purchase as it is much better than my laptop before. If I were to ever buy another computer I would definitely look into this brand and refurbishing company because I am very happy with my product.

It runs faster than my old one.It`s a bit hard to figure out what it all can do,but at lest I can do what I want it to do(and faster).I`m a 69yr.computer dummy,don`t know if I`ll ever figure out how to use this computer to I`ts fullest.

Work great out of the box. Was easy to set up. Very happy with it. So much faster than my previous PC.

Windows 10 Activated Automatically which is nice. I did not need it to do much, so for what I need it to do, it does very well. The 16GB of ram feels so fast for the limited things this PC is used for. I was kind of nervous but so long as things keep going like this, I will buy again!

Good computer. They will not post if you don’t have the required 50 characters. That is ridiculous.

Your Dell Optiplex 7020 is now giving me faster response times to what my older Dell Optiplex GX280 was able to deliver. It is a welcome change!

Great desktop, fsst, right size of SSD and main mwmory to run multiple programs and opening multiple tabs on Web Browser

This is exactly what we needed nothing super fancy just a basic computer for a second office set up. It did take longer then we expected it to be shipped-we had eveyrthing else but this!

Needed something simple for my parents, this arrived quickly and in great shape, thanks!
