Overall, I'm very satisfied. There were only a couple of small problems. The mouse came in many pieces and I don't care as I have a mouse for my desktop. I also didn't know that it would not be ready for the internet. My bad, because in the paperwork it clearly states how to deal with the problem. All taken care of and it works great.

During a recent storm I lost my laptop, modem and WIFI router. I purchased the tower and router on the same day. Both were delivered within 2 or 3 days. The modem I ordered a few days later was delivered and everything was set up and installed, the tower, router and modem are all working wonderfully.
