Very disappointed in the "out of box" quality. Computer was damaged when arrived (see pictures) AND it would not boot. I contacted customer service and was emailed a link to download a new image for the hard drive. that fixed the boot, but I'm still concerned about the long-term reliability due to the damage when unpacked.

When my not so old HP Pavilion started having motherboard issues I started looking into a new PC. Almost went with an Intel NUC but after looking at Best Buy's selection I took a chance for 200.00 on this Joy Systems Dell Optiplex and I could not be happier. Fast boot, fast in general for what I use a PC for. For 200 I can easily increase the RAM and set up a 2 monitor system for under another 80.00 . That is still a bargain on any level in my opinion. The SSD is also a great inclusion. I wish it had HDMI and was maybe a little smaller but I can add a dual HDMI card and I use the larger sized case as a shelf of sorts so it all works out.

Unbeatable price, great performance. This desktop works like new with SSD, 8GB of RAM and Core i5 Processor. Windows 10 Pro is a great plus. Also is very expandable. Has plenty of USB ports. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

This PC was easy to setup and runs much faster and quieter than then PC it replaced.

Great value purchase. My wife's decade old computer was worthless. She didn't need all the bells and whistles of a new computer. But, this refurbished is not only good but priced right for a novice user like my wife.

Purchased 1 of these for my office Oct 2019 and another Dec 2019 - work perfectly! I am very happy and you can't beat the price! At the time, I asked BB chat a thousand questions. They were super helpful. I was able to add the Geek Squad Protection. I have also had contact with refurbishing company. They followed up after purchase to make sure everything was working out. We are beyond thrilled with these desktops!

Bought this for my granddaughter to to school work and it is just perfect for her needs. Works well for computer games like Minecraft too. Very satisfied.

The first thing I noticed was that something was loose inside the computer. Turned out it was the SSD hard drive that was just plugged in but not secured to the frame in any way. The computer did not work out of the box. It couldn't recognize the hard drive. It is impossible to reach tech support from Joy, the company that refurbishes the computers for Best Buy. Total waste of time, and now my daughters don't have a desktop for the start of online learning for the school year.

I was not savvy enough to operate without instructions..confusing when turned on,I think maybe or read that it was a business computer.......

Very Disappointed, operating system had errors out right out of the box and the customer support was for a totally different company. ran a bunch of diagnostics and still full failure. i expect better quality control from Best Buy, even refurbished. now we are out additional time looking for a suitable replacement.
