Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Frankly, I did not get this computer delivered to my home until 02/23, after I purchased it on 02/12 because of shipping delays and the terrible ice storm. Then, I had to wait until my IT son to install this desktop last Friday night. I am using it at the moment & so far I am happy with its performance. We discovered that the inexpensive keyboard was damaged in shipping & the mouse was not responding the the computer at all. SO, I had to go & purchase a new Logitech M310 mouse from Best Buy to get me operational. Other that that issue, I am enjoying the Dell Optiplex computer.

It was delivered early, very unexpected. I really don't know how they put together such a powerful machine in such a small package.

You need to be sure what you are getting-

This would probably be fine if you have an ethernet cord (wired) connection.

Small size and big power.

Spec listing is inaccurate

After 2 hours on hold waiting for the "customer service" people I was told this information and suggested I just return the item. Complete waste of my time.
