      We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your new monitor. It's important to note the version of Windows that you are currently running on your device. If you are running Windows 10 then additional display drivers are not normally required. Please refer to this Dell support article which outlines the use of display drivers for devices running Windows 7, 8 or 10 - http://dell.to/2tJuZrk.
