Great customer service, just what I needed.

A Best Buy employee helped me find one that was at a discount cause it was an open box, I guess returned. I got it and I’ve had no issues, it works great still.

The quality of the image is excellent. The size is not too large or small. I would recommend it without any reservations.

Matte screen with minimal or no glare.

This screen has this "matte" type of screen which is good because it doesn't have much glare which my older screen does because it has more of a glossy type and does have a high amount of glare. When reading, streaming videos, browsing the web, I would definitely prefer the matte type of monitor. I really like this monitor because it doesn't show much glare at all. The matte is great on the eyes. The reason why I wouldn't give it a perfect 5-stars is because I feel like it can't get bright enough. But still, this product is great because it has good quality and low glare if at all.

I know that it sounds like i don't know much ,however, space is a premium where i live and it fits perfectly where i need it!
