Great shopping experience

They were on sale, just what I was looking for. Shipping was great, received within two days, and I live somewhat out in the country. One of two monitors was faulty, Best Buy replaced the faulty unit without any issues. I must confess, I order from Amazon often, getting deliveries within the "2 days" as they advertise is a rarity. This experience has made me rethink it. I will definitely try Best Buy again in the future.

Dell monitor is a nice purchase for the cost

Not sure whether the monitor died, or the display port on the docking station died. So went back & purchased an HDMI monitor that was much easier to set up and connect to my laptop. The color is crisp & clear, and it fits my desk nicely, even though it is 2" bigger than the other monitor.
